We aim to get you your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Review the policy below.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates vary by carrier and destination. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days once dispatched. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

We currently only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Because our products are dietary supplement consumables, shipping restrictions may apply in certain jurisdictions. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to restrictions will be canceled and refunded.

Delays & Liability

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Once we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@konsoom.com with your order number and photos. We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
