At Konsoom Foods, your health and satisfaction are our top priority. Because our products are dietary supplements and food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This policy helps us ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all customers.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at orders@konsoom.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your case promptly and work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

If a refund is determined to be the best resolution after our evaluation, we will notify you once it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
